Kino Flo Celeb 450

The Celeb® 450 LED DMX is one of the largest LED soft panels available in the market today measuring 45” x 14” (114.5cm x 36cm). Similar in size to the award-winning 4ft 4Bank, the Celeb 450 LED produces a soft, broad, wraparound light quality (CRI 95) and produces color faithfully, beautifully on HD or film, in the studio or on location. The Celeb 450’s “All in One” design includes standard DMX in/out ports for cable as well as wireless DMX connectivity (Lumen Radio®). Additional specifications include universal AC voltage input 100-240vac (2.5 Amps at 120vac). Kino Flo’s Celeb 450 LED includes 5 menu options. The White menu features include Dimming, Kelvin and Green/Magenta control channels. Dimming range is from .02 to 100 percent without introducing any flicker and can be adjusted in coarse or fine mode by pressing the control knob in/out. The Kelvin range is tunable from 2700K tungsten to 6500K daylight. The Green/Magenta control can be scaled from 0 to 100, where 25 = ¼ correction, 50 = ½ correction and 100 = full correction. In the Gels/Hue menu, the Kelvin range is extended to 2500K Kelvin to 9900K daylight and a fourth channel is called Gel. The Gel channel includes Kino Flo presets such as blue & green screen, sodium vapor, mercury vapor as well as over 100 well-known lighting gels. The gel function can be applied to any Kelvin temperature and by pushing the control knob in/out, the gel will be applied or removed. A fifth channel called Hue Angle (Hue) and sixth channel Saturation (Sat) are also included in the gel menu. These two channels behave similar to a traditional color wheel, where white light is in the center and Hue Angle determines the color along a 360-degree range and Saturation determines how much color is applied. With the Hue Angle and Saturation it is possible to create over 2 million color combinations! The RGB color menu gives individual control of red, green and blue LED’s. The RGB mode is a great way to work with apps with predetermined RGB presets or color wheels. RGB menu is also a great feature to dial in specific gel RGB values or when controlling colors from a DMX desk. The FX (Effects) menu introduced on June 1, 2018 provides access to popular effects such as Candle, Fire, TV, Police, Lightning, Paparazzi, Pulse and Scroll. When on the desired effect, there are several pre-sets as well as control parameters that can be altered. For example, in the Lightning effect there is a “Storm” and “Frankenstein” preset, but it is possible to change Rate to provide additional variation. True Match® 4.0 Firmware update in September 2019 includes groundbreaking features: CIE xy, Camera Profiles LUTs and Color Space selection. The CIE xy determines the color displayed by its X and Y space coordinates. For example, with a handheld color meter like the Sekonic C-800, users can obtain a CIE xy reading from any light source and input the CIE xy coordinates into the Kino Flo LED fixture to match colors closely. Camera Profiles LUTs available for the following cinema cameras and more to follow: Panavsion DXL, Sony Venice, Arri Alexa, Panasonic Varicam. Kino Flo’s True Match® 4.0 firmware balances their LED lights to the cameras rather than the other way around. The Kino Flo designed tungsten and daylight LED emitters harmonize with the camera sensors even as the color temperature settings are adjusted. The Color Space defines the RGB color space (white point and RGB primary colors) as a means of matching color points between manufacturing. Defining the color space takes the guesswork out of post-production workflow and color grading. Included in the 4.0 firmware are: rec 709/sRGB, P3 D65, rec 2020, and ESTA E1.54.

Aputure Light Storm COB 300d

The Light Storm LS C300d LED Light from Aputure is a Chip on Board (COB) designed fixture with a 5500K color temperature that consumes only 300W of power while outputting 4451 fc of light with a standard reflector at a distance of 1.6'. In addition to power efficiency, this fixture also has a CRI rating of 95 and a TLCI rating of 96, indicating an accurate rendering of color. And the LS C300d can be seen but not heard which is ideal for sound sensitive environments. The intelligent cooling system employs temperature sensitive fans to regulate the heat. Even at maximum power the fan is undetectable by most people. The LS C300d's performance is backed up by its design. The all-aluminum construction goes through numerous fabrication steps. The reflector and accessory mount is the widely used Bowens S-Type, and the wired controller is also separated from the body of the light, making it lighter and reducing its size. The LS C300d is ready for worldwide use thanks to its 110-240 VAC power supply. It also has a battery plate allowing you to use V-mount batteries for external power when mains current is unavailable. This LS C300d is delivered with a carrying bag to protect the light during travel and storage. Boasting an impressive 48,000 lux @ 1.6' with its included reflector, the LS C300d can also reach an impressive 142,000 lux @ 1.6' with an optional Fresnel attachment (with camera settings set to f/36, 1/200 shutter, and ISO 800). Aputure LS 600d Pro

The LS 600d Pro Light Storm Daylight LED Light from Aputure is a powerful COB LED fixture with expansive power, control options, and output comparable to a 1200W HMI, augmented by its 55° Hyper Reflector. The precision fixture has a solid 5600K color temperature with a high CRI/TLCI rating of 96 that is great for location shooting outdoors, or in areas dominated by other daylight-balanced fixtures such as HMIs. Besides power, control is a driving force in the design of the 600d Pro. The light also has a myriad of wireless control methods, such as the included 2.4 GHz remote, the Sidus Link mobile app, and the built-in wireless DMX control. It has four dimming curves: Linear, Exponential, Log, and S-Curve, to ensure accuracy regardless of your chosen brightness level. While you can make adjustments locally on the fixture, you can also make them wirelessly at a distance up to 328' via these methods - a real attribute for lights mounted overhead or in hard to reach places. Powering the light has options too. The light is ready for worldwide use via its 100 to 240V power supply but thanks to its dual battery plate it can be powered by two 14.4V, 26V, or 28.8V batteries. The control box also accepts 48V (15A) DC power via a 3-pin XLR for external power stations. You can use two V-Mount mount batteries and recharge them while they are connected to the plugged-in light. With a wide 120° beam spread, the Astera TitanTube RGB LED Light is ideal for creating a soft direct light on your subject for use as an accent light or design element on location or on set. The light features 16 LED emitters in a 40.7" long tube that you can mount onto a set or on a stand, hang from a grid, or even hold in your bare hand. The TitanTube has an impressive CRI/TLCI rating of 96/96 indicating high accuracy in the rendition of color. The TitanTube uses RGB, mint, and amber LEDs as well as hue, saturation, and intensity control to access millions of custom colors. Color and control are at the heart of the TitanTube's design. The tube has an expansive white light range of 1750 to 20,000K to seamlessly blend into any ambient light situation, or just to exercise creative expression. Aputure MC 12 light production kit

The Aputure MC 12-Light Production Kit includes 12 Aputure MC light fixtures, a wireless charging case, and accessories. It consumes a negligible 180W of power while outputting 135,000 lux, equivalent to a 1000W hot light at a distance of 1.6' with an optional Fresnel. In addition to power efficiency, the fixture also features a high CRI/TLCI rating of 96/97, an indicator of precise rendering of color. Ideal for sound-sensitive environments, the LS C120D II is seen but not heard thanks to an intelligent cooling system that employs temperature-sensitive fan to regulate the heat. There is also an Auto/Force button that triggers maximum cooling. In any case, even at maximum power, the fan noise doesn't exceed 18 dB: basically the sound of a person breathing. Aputure Spotlight Mount Set with 26% lens

Offering a high degree of control, this Aputure Spotlight Mount Set is a versatile light modifier with an included 26° lens for producing a dramatic yet clean beam of light. Featuring a Bowens mount, this modifier can be easily attached to a variety of lights, including the Light Storm LC 120d II, 120D, and 300D, and its integrated yoke has a dual junior/baby mount for attaching to anything from a C-stand to a lighting grid. The Spotlight's design incorporates a dual drop-in slot, which can accept the included B-size gobo holder, included gel holder, or an optional adjustable iris for further control over the shape and size of the light beam. Like a conventional ellipsoidal light, too, the lens can be easily swapped in order to achieve a different beam angle. A sleek LED panel with a CRI of 95 and beam angle of 45°, the Light Storm LS 1s from Aputure includes the LED fixture along with a dedicated controller box that accepts V-Mount type batteries..
